TECHNOLOGIES

We specialise in mechanical and thermal processing of synthetic material sheets, mainly acrylic. Using saws (among them diamond saws), cutting plotters and laser cutters we are able to cut any shape. The edges are polished mechanically, chemically or thermally. We bond using special bonding substances (also UV). We design and manufacture (from MDF or special resins) also forms for thermal shaping. We use bending machines and thermal forming machines which enable us to achieve almost any desired shape.

The synthetic material sheets may be printed on using silk screen printing, dabber printing, printed foil or printed labels may be applied to them.

We manufacture hundreds of thousands of different products every year.
